Was hoping for better resultsIt was easy to use and packaged very nicely. However my color was off. I wanted slightly darker Mahoganey brown. I got slightly lighter brown hair that's copper. I'm sad that I'm stuck with this through Christmas. I sent a pic in, I gave a statement, and I chose a dark color through the prompts so I'm not sure how I could have been more clear. Colour doesn’t lady as long as it used to.I’ve been an e-Salon user since the start. I loved that they custom matched my former Paul Mitchell salon color exactly. I live the auto shipping and customer service when I travel. The last 6 months or so I’ve noticed my color fades after 2-3 weeks when it used to last 6-8. I shortened my delivery interval but I have fading too soon in the cycle. Have you changed something in the formula e-salon? If so- go back! Please. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. HorribleIt was a horrible experience!! First my color was supposed to be medium golden, it ended up to be around dark brown. Not only that when it was time to wash it off, my hair kept getting glued together as if I had poured a gallon of glue on my head. I started to worry by this time I had shampooed my hair 3 times and my hair kept getting worse and heavy, I literally thought my whole head of hair was going to fall out. Then I remembered I had my Aragon oil and decided to put several drops into the shampoo then started washing for the fourth time. Thank God that seemed to do the trick, my hair started to come undone. I had to wash my hair with the oil for about 6 more times until finally normal. In all I shampooed my hair 10 times in order to get rid of the mess this product left!!! Never again!! And my hair is way past my waist, I really thought it was going to fall out. 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
