Looks to good to be true.I was super excited when I ordered. I had really done my research and felt I made a good choice. I think the questions they asked were good. But when I opened the bottles to mix the product it had really harsh chemical smell, which I read was less with this company. I liked everything in the box. Once I started coloring I realized that it was more brown than red. I specifically selected red, my natural hair is brown, but I was more on the red side. The directions said 15min wait time, however I know it takes my hair longer to take so I let it sit longer, by doubing my time. And when I was done coloring my hair was not red, but more Brown with a hint of red. So not very happy. Then I also noticed when washing my hair is was very slimy and clumpy to the touch. I have washed it 3x now and still it feels gross. I could have used a $3 box dye and have a better experience. I guess the reviews did pan out in my favor this time. Haircolor FadingWent on vacation just after I colored my hair .. I know I was in Caribbean sun but only the front color in my hair was affected by completely fading out...of course this is where I do have the most gray/white ...and consequently less body ... what do you suggest ... should I just buy a make due store color and touch up ... do not need to do whole head and take on the expense of a new delivery... RedI did my hair a couple of days ago, it covers my greys (which was my goal) but people keep asking me if I dyed my hair red, which was really really not my goal. Turned out reddish, not what I wantedNot what I was looking for. Color I ordered was light ash brown. After following directions, color turned out a light reddish brown, especially in the sun. I don’t like reddish/ auburn hair. I was looking for a light ash brown. Have gotten better results with store bought light ash brown. Sorry, but not for meI found the smell of ammonia just too overwhelming - even next to a wide open window I felt like I was suffocating. Also incredibly hard to rinse out - very sticky, took 7 or 8 shampoos to get it out of my hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Worst haircolor everThe color was nowhere near what it was supposed to be, it's not horrible but it's not what I either wanted or expected. Also, it had the absolute worst smell of any color I've ever used. I've been coloring my hair all shades of the rainbow for over 35 years and this smell nearly made me pass out.
