GRAY COVERAGESADLY, THIS COLOR IS NOT FOR ME AS IT DID NOT COVER MY GRAY, WHICH FOR ME IS THE WHOLE POINT. Roots not coloured wellI was excited to get my e salon colour but was so disappointed with the result. Bright ginger !!My hair has come out bright ginger!! Not the colour I wanted and completely different to the same shade in semi permanent. I dyed it and it looks exactly the same as before I dyed it!I wanted a copper red color, but got a mousy brown with a reddish hue. Not trilled with this at all, my color does not look any thing like the color I choose. It also took 40 minutes as compared to my regular dye that only takes 25 minutes. I would have looked past this if I didn't wait my time dying my hair the identical color it was before. I like the color, but...I like the color, but found the customer service to be lacking. When I went to my history it would let me reorder my last order, but I could I not find a way for it to tell me which color I had previously ordered.
