Too Dark!I want to change my custom color but seem to have lost my editing! Please change my color to make it lighter. it is much too dark (I'm 76.) I have very light blonde hair .The last color I was sent made my hair brassy so I was sent another. It was a root color...way too dark...The brassy is gone, but my roots look like I'm growing out my hair color from a darker shade of blonde. All I wanted to do was color the grey ! Hair textureAfter coloring my hair, my hair texture was very rough. I've never experienced that before, even with drugstore coloring.
