Started losing a lot of hair after using this product!!After using this product a few times I noticed increased hair loss. This has not happened to me with other products. I tried to color the ends one time & it immediately noticed hair loss & breaking. Next time I did all over coloring. With continued use I am losing massive amounts of hair. Feels like wax in my hairI have been a loyal esalon user for years and have recommended the service to a lot of people- I loved it. The past year something changed in their product. Now it takes several shampoos to get the thick waxy like substance out of my hair- it feels awful. I'm not sure if esalon has changed suppliers or not, but if they did, they need to switch back. My sisters also use esalon and when I asked them if they noticed a change they did as well. The color is not the same either. It fades much faster. Nothing specialNothing changed. If anything my hair is now just brown with a tint of red ONLY if I'm in the sun. The shampoo I bought gives more color than the dye. I think 2X was enough and I am not about to pay the amount they charge for the results I got. I am going to lighten it and then try Henna i guess. thanks.... 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great ColorNo complaints on the color because it is beautiful! I only have two cons; one- the color does not seem to last long at least on me! Less than two weeks and my roots are all over the place. Second- the strong ammonia smell. I had Legionella many years ago so my lungs are very much affected by the strong odor of this hair color. These are my only complaints though because customer service is awesome with this product and it is well worth it! The color is to red and too dark.I ordered a strawberry blonde color and it is clearly shown in my picture. The color I received is much to dark and much to red. It is more of a reddish auburn color. That is not at all like my picture or the color I wished to achieve. Definitely need work on making your red hair more natural. I am a natural redhead and this color is very unnatural.
