First order grately disappointedMy hair is still red, the hair dye smells horrible, and the hair dye got so thick on my hair it was difficult to take the dye out, even with the shampoo sample they sent I had to use my regular shampoo because the dye would not come of. Not what i had in mind at all! WAY TOO STAWBERRY BRIGHT REDWAY TOO STRAWBERRY BRIGHT RED!! Not dark brown with slight hints of copper/red HINTS. THis came out more bright RED/copper with hardly hints of dark brown and now they have adjusted said color and shipped it off already before i could communicate with the color specialists regarding my color. ANGRYI am beyond disappointed and angry with this product . I used it for the first time yesterday and my hair, which is long, is now ruined . It has this film on it that won’t rinse out . I have no idea how to correct this problem or how expensive it will be to fix my hair. I've been coloring my hair for years and have NEVER had this happens... my hair is ruined!!! I even used baking soda in the hopes that it would remove the film on my hair, which feels like a wig now or doll hair and it didn't work. I have no idea how long I have to go around with my hair looking disgusting.... I'm so upset right now, but had to suck it up for work.
