Nice color, hair feels yuckyI like the color and the kit sent. It was very potent though... chemicals? Also after washing with your shampoo and conditioner my hair dried but felt really oily, dirty. Not worth the moneyMy grey has gone a brassy yellow/red colour and the ends are nearly black despite following the application instruction to the t. I asked for a light ash brown and got a medium brown with reddish undedtones. It smelt very highly of chemicals and my hair now feel rough and dry. Not at all what I asked for!I originally chose an ashy colour, and was then advised that I should go for a different one based on my information - I agreed and specified that I didn’t want any brassy or copper tones on my already ashy, but historically highlighted hair. I’ve tonight used the colour you sent me and my hair dark ash blonde hair is now a permanent coppery blonde. I’m so upset! It’s always a risk using at home colour, but I thought the personal touch of asking the questions you do would make a difference. It didn’t.
