NopeIt took out some of the red that the 1st dye I purchased from here caused but now it's quite a few shades LIGHTER than I selected. Your conditioner is horrible. My hair was dry and frizzy after the 1st color and worse now(even though I left it on for 10 whole mins). I would rather pay a stylist x5 than this and be happy. i am unable to contact this company to cancel this product or stop paymentsI had a very serious allergic reaction to this product which landed me in hospital and large areas of my hair have fallen out. The staff said the nasty greasy residue was the worst they had ever seen and had to cut my hair to get most of it off. I am unable to contact this company to stop my payments because they have NO contact details of any kind of their site so unless they want to hear from solicitors I suggest they get in touch by email asap. Not badColor was pretty but my hair looks greasy and it was not as soft after the treatment. I noticed that it did not color all my grey. And is fading a little faster than the Sally’s I was using. Follow directions and it didn't cover my grayI did like the color but unfortunately it did not cover the gray on my temples.
