Turned my hair redWhen I first began using eSalon color I was ecstatic! Finally I'd found "my color". However over the past few months and a couple of applications, my color has really begun to bring out all of the red in my hair. I ordered highlights with this last order and haven't used them because I really don't know what the addition of highlights will do to this color problem. I just want a warm brown without the red. Great colour, messy to use, waxy finishI absolutely love the colour but it was quite messy to use and I've washed my hair twice (three if you include the first time after dying) and it's waxy at the roots and flat. NopeIt took out some of the red that the 1st dye I purchased from here caused but now it's quite a few shades LIGHTER than I selected. Your conditioner is horrible. My hair was dry and frizzy after the 1st color and worse now(even though I left it on for 10 whole mins). I would rather pay a stylist x5 than this and be happy. i am unable to contact this company to cancel this product or stop paymentsI had a very serious allergic reaction to this product which landed me in hospital and large areas of my hair have fallen out. The staff said the nasty greasy residue was the worst they had ever seen and had to cut my hair to get most of it off. I am unable to contact this company to stop my payments because they have NO contact details of any kind of their site so unless they want to hear from solicitors I suggest they get in touch by email asap.
