Roots only held color for about a week. Then looked a light color of the shadeHave used this product in the past and just started using it again. Last month the color only lasted about a week. Reddish color instead of beige blondeSorry to say your product is not for me. I was disappointed in the formulation as the color is more reddish than ash/ beige blonde.I think I’ll stick with brands that have worked in the past for me. Also after coloring , my hair felt sticky and heavy. I rewashed with the extra shampoo I purchased. I would like to stop receiving your product and be removed from this program of automatic shipping. Color Fade wayyyyyy too fastLast night I used the new color you mixed for me. After dying the color was SPOT ON! Dark, but lots of red hues, I loved it!!! However it faded wayyyy tooo fast. Not sure if you've changed your products or what. Response From Our ExpertsTwila- Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear that your color is not lasting as long as you have expected. Hair grows at a rate of about 1/2 inch per month, so it is normal to see regrowth (you have just been doing root touch-ups) at the 2 week mark post-coloring. Adjusting for better gray coverage on the hair that you have colored equates to making the color darker. Please keep an eye on your email.
