Not the right colorI am not happy with the color I used. I like my hair blonde and it is light brown. I also could not rinse the product out it took me 20 minutes to rinse. its not a cloud I ordered! not even close!I asked for copper, nice, stand out the colour. instead, what I have is a dull brown colour. It's not even close to what I have asked for. I can achieve better results from any high street shop. For this process, i expected something nearer the salon results, nice deep, rich colour. its a complete waste of money and time, I'm travelling tomorrow and now will not have time to change my colour. Pretty Color but disappointedI love how the color turned out, the color just did not last. It tured a brassy color 2 1/2 weeks in with almost a red undertone. I use a color protective shampoo and conditioner that is sulfate and paraben free so that is not the cause of the fading. It appears that you came into the appointment wanting to go lighter all over. We had advised before your appointment and at your appointment that color chemically does not lift or lighten other hair color. It appears you proceeded with the service (matching your current color) against your colorist's recommendation to visit a traditional salon to achieve your originally expressed goal of going lighter all over. We are always happy to adjust based on your feedback if we are able to, however since color chemically cannot lift or lighten other hair color, we recommend visiting a traditional salon if your desired result is still to lighten your existing base. Pretty, but washes out quickly for meThe initial color is good, but my hair will not hold the red. I've tried for a couple months and after the first couple days, if I want any of the red hues, I have to use a tint rinse. This could be my hair, but I've had red before and never had this bad of washout, but it could also be the fact that my job requires me to have my hair slicked back and pulled tight, so product (and washing) is a daily chore. Incredibly Drying but good coverageI have used eSalon color for several years. This time I knew something was different. As soon as I went to rinse the color out of my hair I could feel the rough, incredibly dry texture of my hair. Rinsing it only made it worse feeling. Once hair was dried the color coverage was great as always but my hair feels and looks like dried out straw. My hair was in very good health prior to this color application. Ash BrownI wanted to love this experience. The coloring process was simple with this. I went for an ash brown, as it’s a little lighter than my former color; however, the color ended up making my hair a lot darker, than my former color.
