Hair is dry & grayI love the branding and efficiency of E Salon and have been excited to receive the personalized boxes each month. Unfortunately, it has left my hair very dry and the hair color doesn’t absorb well into my hair leaving it gray in areas I spend focused time dying. Hair is super dark now :(I ordered a medium golden brown color and unfortunately my hair is fully dark brown now. I washed it the fourth time to see if the color would fade, but unfortunately it didn't reach the Golden tone I usually get by using Feria. It did cover the greys better than the other one I'm used to. But I don't like my hair dark and I've been keeping it lighter for years. I wish there was a way to fix it before my wedding. Too much money too little returnColor is muddy and does not last. If not left for at least twenty minutes over the recommended time, new growth is completely untouched. When it does color, instead of an intense copper I get a muddy old tarnished penny color. What am I paying 27 bucks for? Not at all satisfied. In fact In general I’m really ticked. Be Careful!So, to anyone who has virgin hair and is looking for a demi-permanent color: don’t be surprised if it’s not what you expected. I recently ordered a red-copper shade that ended up being more of a slight red tint than anything, and that was a bit disappointing. However, my hair feels very soft and nice, and i reached out to customer service to see if there’s anything i can do to get it closer to what i wanted.
