Love it!I've been using eSalon for more than 10 years and have had excellent results for the most part. I would hope you keep your price point low as the recent increases will not be able to be sustained even if it is a great product. You could improve your loyalty program by adding free eSalon birthday color for those of us who have stuck by you year after year. Perfect from the start!I love my color that was blended for me! I especially love that it was not an over powering brown as some colors tend to be for the first few days. This was a gorgeous light brown with just the right tones from the moment I rinsed the color out!
