ShippingRidiculous. Autoship doesn’t help. It takes basically three weeks to receive anything. Switching to another company. Also, way too much single use plastic. Awful.This turned my hair bright orange in my root and did absolutely nothing to ends. They look the same. It smelled awful and my hair feels so dry and damaged. I would not use again. The color formulation sounded right and had no orange or copper in it but it turned my hair bright copper orange. Not what I asked forI asked for gentle highlights for my blonde hair. Got sent a block colour that I won’t use. I had three email exchanges which I asked about highlights vs dye and was ignored and just sent my kit. Also invested in the tools to do it properly and obviously now a waste of money as won’t use a dye that isn’t what I asked for.
