My Medium-dark Blonde roots turned a bright orange color.I haven't colored my hair in a year (which was done by a professional colorist at professional salon and matched my natural hair color previously). Not worth itThe one box I used was too light And did not cover all of my gray. The second box, I did not know I was getting, will be thrown out. DO NOT USEI got this product to dye my hair my natural color and cover some grays as well as even out some old box color. This stuff, the ammonia first of all IS HARSH. It’s a day later I’ve washed my hair 3 times since coloring and it’s still SO STRONG. Additionally, I ordered dark brown. My hair is PITCH BLACK and I didn’t even leave it in for the full 30 min. Plus my hair feels like legit straw. Customer service is great but I will never use this product again nor do I recommend it. My hair was so healthy before this I’m so upset. Wrong colorOrdered a natural looking red and it turned out way too fake. Not what was pictured.
