Not for me!Despite trying to contact my estylist to say that I wasn’t happy with the colour I am yet to get a reply by email. I also sent a DM by Instagram and again no reply. I have cancelled my subscription to get an email to say my next colour is on the way. This concerns me as having worked in the customer service sector for nearly 20 years I know that communication is vital in providing good customer service. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. During COVIDAll bad at home a disaster. Granted your site trying best. I asked for lighter but got darker. I asked for lighter. In the kit I got 3 gloves...? . The actual kit ok..just the color. My roots growing out lighter. No greys. And then trying to charge me again. NO WAY I talked with a colorist took pics of myself...asked for a shade lighter. A previous dye 4 months out not mine. I just wanted lighter like mine. Ok, I could have stripped the previous color but, growing out a short bob no issue. Got the shipment used as described. No change...actually darker. Texture the same. You lost my business over a brushI didn't know that you had to keep the brush from the first order. When I called to inquire, esalon said they would be happy to send me one with my next order.
