Color Not AccurateThis is my second time using eSalon. The kit is high quality and has everything you need. My initial color was Dark Brown (Neutral) and it was pretty accurate and performed well although it faded quickly, but since I have pink ends I requested a reddish brown instead. The second box I received had Red Pearl added to the dark brown. I was excited to try it, but once I had applied the color and washed it out there was absolutely no reddish tone to it and anywhere I had white hairs (I'm over 50% white hair as my profile reflects), it was a super light brown. Definitely not the color I wanted. I'm not happy with this color and I'm probably going to request to go darker for adequate coverage even though I don't want very dark hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Red! Why thoughMy hair is currently a nice brassy shade of orange/red....never wanted red, never asked for it. 3 colors later and they still can’t seem to get it right. I tried to give ample chance. Not usefulThis product arrived three weeks after I ordered and was no longer useful to me. Additionally, the product was not sufficient to color my hair, and against my will they placed me on auto ship which caused me to have to contact customer service and waste several hours of my time. I'm gonna need to adjustI wonder if something can be done to add potency (don't know the right word)--my greys are showing too quickly. When I get color touchups at the salon, they generally last about a month. eSalon lasted about 2.5 weeks. Supposed to be Ash Brown, Grays turn yellow, browns turn redthis color has been very disappointing. This is my 2nd attempt. My first attempt the color was prettier, but it just didn't cover my grays well. I'm 33 and I don't want to look so gray so I tried a reformulation and the gray hairs are yellow this time. didn't cover my grays on toproots colored but rest of hair did not take the 2nd bottle for some reason. the bottle for the roots looked more purple than the other bottle.
