Seemed to be a different colorThe color I got this time was darker and had less red in it. When I mixed it it did not look anywhere near the same as the previous colors I have been sent. Doesn’t cover templesYour product color is very nice however it does not stay on your head very long and within days the grey by my temples are exposed. I actually have much better coverage with clairol root rescue. Sorry to say , I want to like your product but it just doesn’t cover grey well and fades easy 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Awful color!I got my package and was so excited to try this product. It came beautifully and carefully package but the color itself it's awful. I ordered a very basic color (Dark Ash Blonde), even sent pictures for the colorist to review and the end results are a disaster. It came orangy and light. I've been dying my hair for 15 yrs and tried several brands of color. I know this is not a base color 7 let alone an ash undertone. Extremely dissapointed!
