Not really happy with colorThe color made my hair feel dry and my hair had no luster or shine. It had a very flat matte appearance to it. The value of the color was not not pretty. It made my hair look like it was colored and that was not an attractive look. It made my hair feel like it was over processed and my hair tangled easily so brushing that out caused breakage. I was really disappointed. The shampoo and conditioner did not seem to make my hair soft or feel like it usually does after application of a conditioner product. Product never arrivedMy first order arrived after over 3 weeks, which although irritating was manageable. My second order was the same. My most recent order has been over a month and still hasn't arrived. I've been given a refund with no hassle, but I am disappointed that i cant use the product as I found the quality to be excellent. Brown roots!The two step process is a problem when the root application is not the right color. My overall hair color is a vibrant copper red, but roots were a lifeless brown with no hint of red. disappointedI responded to an email asking about my color (second order) before it was created asking my input. I asked for 2 colors, one being slightly darker for the back/bottom and one to be exactly the same as my previous lighter color. I received an email back stating they had received my request. When I received my color (almost 2.5 weeks late-greys were unbearable) there was only one color which was neither the darker or the previous color I had requested.
