Not What I wantedI was really disappointed in the formulation. I loved the color in the previous order. A week later I was at the salon and my stylist pointed out that my roots were lighter than my overall hair color. I reached out to have the formulation corrected, not only was the color not what I wanted, but I was charged additionally for adjusting the color for my roots. I am not too pleased for being overcharged and having color that is not remotely what I wanted. It looks terrible! I am not pleased. Different from the last oneThe color box you set the time before this was great. Was just the right color of blonde. This box made me a red head. When I asked about it your colorist said it was the same formula. Odd. So, I was delighted with the one box and disappointed with this box. some very dark areas - ??This time I had some areas that were very dark - wide streaks. The only thing I did different was, before shampooing I added water and the rest of the dye and massaged it in for several minutes. I did that for a much shorter time the first time I used it. too much warmthevery time we have adjusted the color or tried to correct the tone is has always been on the brassy/ warm side.. even when trying to revert back to a more natural ashy hue for me... haven't found a formula ive been happy with yet. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Missing productI was late using this last order. I just opened it about an hour ago. States on the instruction book that there are two pair of gloves and there was only one. Step two says to take the classic shampoo and conditioner in the shower to wash your hair. NO classic shampoo and conditioner. First time this has ever happened. First tryHi esalon - I liked your concept, and I liked the individualised approach. I did not like the massive amount of over packaging. Very disappointedI dont know why the color is not taking. My gray hair is Very Stubborn! You can still see Bunches of gray hair and on the crown of my head the gray is not covering up at All.
