Last colorPlease look at photo...my hairline around my brow is orange/ugly reddish. I am on a 2 week tour of Japan and will not be calling you. Look at the bottom picture with my daughter...that is my color! AwfulI was finally able to try my color and followed the instructions to the letter. I was so excited to see the end result only to see all the grays were still visible! This was a complete waste of time and money. I was trying this brand out to see if it was a better product than my usual Madison Reed…it was not. Orange roots!!! No grey coverage!!!I am a Néw customer and I was not happy. My first box and coloring turned my roots ORANGE AND IT DID NOT COVER MY GREYS. I WOULD LIKE A full REFUND. YOU SAY YOU HAVE A 100% guarantee or you give back our money. I would like a full refund. And now I have to worry about your second shipment you sent to me. I called and told you I did not want it shipped out and billed but it was already done. My order was shipped and my debit card was billed I would like a credit for the first order as per your guarantee refund and I am now waiting on my second order in the mail so I can refuse it and return it to you. I would like both amounts credited back to my debit card for the first order and I’ll be sending back the second order as soon as it arrives. But I need that money back in my account asap so I can afford to get my hair color back to normal as it is still orange and my greys were not covered. No where near intense copperAfter having my colour adjusted as the first one just wasn’t bright enough, I mixed up the first bottle and felt little concerned that it was rather red than the previous bottle that looked orange, I popped it on anyway then waited, mixed the bottle prepared for my ends which was very orange and more like the original set I received. Followed all of the instructions and rinsed it all off and I’m gutted because my ginger hair that I just wanted brightened a little is now a darker auburn red colour, nowhere near the intense copper pictured, I feel like the ratio of colour didn’t reflect the actual bottle with how red it’s turned out. Did not cover the gray/white.This color did match my previous hair color without any gray/white. However it did a poor job of covering the much-lighter parts of my hair. I had to go purchase an over-the-counter Loreal product to cover it.
