Second order missing applicator and did not cover.Second order was missing applicator. Left roots showing even though I applied more at hairline and left on longer as per staff. Lower rating than first. First order color looked great for the first few days. Then the roots started showing more quickly than they could have grown. I had visible roots within a week and the color had deteriorated in 10 days. It is cheaper than salon but at this rate it requires an application every 2 weeks rather than my usual 3 to 4.
