Rude emailWhen I complained about the color I received they told me theycouldn't lighten my hair as they didn't have the right product. IWrong ProductThis was the wrong color for me after a couple of days my hair was dry after I use natural products make it manageable. Dried my Hair Out - Never Totally Covered the GrayYour product dried my hair out to the point it felt like straw. I used the product as directed and only colored my roots, so it's not like I colored my whole head every time. It also never truly covered my gray around my temples. The only thing you got right was the color. That's it. I only realized how your product was drying out my hair during the long pandemic when my natural hair felt soft and not dried out. I just stopped my subscription. It will take a year or more to cut off all of the dried crispy hair. I switched to Olia by Garnier and the hair I just colored was soft and not dry, and the gray is TOTALLY covered. That's something I never got with your product.
