Not my color!The first time I did my color with esalon, it came out perfect and now this time it is brown not Auburn. I am going to have to go buy a box of nice and easy to correct my color and not real sure how I’m going to be able to get my other color back! Not my color and patchyI was very excited to try my color but am unfortunately quite disappointed in the results. The color is patchy and I was hoping for a bright copper but this isn’t it. Additionally, there are pink streaks throughout my hair. I am updating my review as eSalon was kind enough to send me another color. Despite their great customer service I am really disappointed in the results. My hair turned out pink...again and is completely damaged. Very disappointed 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Natural redhead- no change in colorI was really excited to try this product out. Unfortunately it did not work. :( I am a natural redhead with no previous color added to my hair. I purchased a medium blonde color. I did a strand test to see how it would turn out. I applied the mixed color according to the directions provided and waited 30 minutes. When I checked my strand after the allotted time there was no change to my color. I waited an additional 15 minutes and used my hairdryer on the low setting to apply heat. After 45 minutes I rinsed the dye from my test strand. After drying my hair there was no notice difference in my hair color. Sooooo disappointing! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Medium/Dark blondeThis was my first time purchasing through this platform. I typically have golden blonde mixed in with medium blonde. For some reason the team decided to send me a color that gave an allover dark blonde color. I am not thrilled at all. And it did not totally cover the grey. Color Did not color my graysColor Did not color my grays and customer service did not contact me back. This is the worst experience ever! Madison Reed sent my mother an email a week after she colored. She had a minor issue with her color being too dark and they immediately sent her a replacement and told her how to clarify her scalp to prep it for the updated color. Esalon did not do a thing for me even after I wrote to the colorist and I called them.
