This did not turn out as I had hopedI have colored my hair many times at home, using L'Oreal products with success. I had high hopes for eSalon. The directions were not hard to follow. I asked for ash blonde, and I got golden blonde with sort of weird red undertones. There was very little ash in the formula that they sent. So disappointedI am just so disappointed! My friend and I followed the directions exactly. The color was all wrong! It came out spotty and faded. BRIGHT clown red in some areas- a pinkish brown in others and then no change in others. The color variations are ridiculous. I am wondering how to fix this? Get a clarifying shampoo? I have another package coming and wonder how I’m going to deal with this. I was so excited to give my hair a boost- picked out the color after a few friends helped, I took this process serious and watched the tutorials, asked my stylist friends for advice, bought the alligator clips to make sure I did it just right. I thought the mixes looked a bit off and didn’t get the combos- but since you’re “professionals” I trusted you. Never will I do this again! Won’t recommend. Did not workThis is my second time using this product. It did not color my hair at all. The first time I thought maybe it was user error or perhaps I just ordered the same color as my actual hair.
