DamagedI received product and the special formula had ruptured all in the package on everything. I have less than half a bottle Temperatures had been in the ninties, I would definitely reconsider your package. Package was stamped by mail service and the contents and box were wet. Hasn’t covered my rootsHello I’ve just used my personalised hair colour to cover my roots and ends i kept the dye on for longer than required however after washing it out my roots have not coloured well at all. Not the right colorI won't be re- ordering because I asked for a coppery red and got dark brown which is to dark for me. It made me look older and I wanted brighter skin. DISAPPOINTED FOR FIRST TIME SINCE JOINING IN 2015OMGOSH! This order was AWFUL.!!!! WHAT HAPPENED!!! I’VE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER SINCE 2015. HAVE YOU GUYS CHANGED YOUR DEVELOPER TO SAVE MONEY? I’VE ALREADY NOTICED THAT SHAMPOO & CONDITIONER HAVE NOW CHANGED! LESS AND LESS ARE GOING IN THESE PACKETS. YOU SHOULD REALLY ADVISE YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS IN ADVANCE WHEN CHANGES ARE BEING MADE TO THEIR ORDERS. MY PROBLEMS WITH THIS ORDER ARE: 1) DEVELOPER WAS A THICK PASTE. (NOT CREAMER) I REALLY AM NOT SURE THAT IT WOULD WORK??? 2) ONLY ONE PAIR OF GLOVES CAME IN BOX (ALWAYS 2 PAIRS OF GLOVE IN BOX.) WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING???
