Not for meTo be completely fair, I did not give them a chance to adjust the color. After two roots touch ups my hair started looking brassy (I have mostly whitish gray ashy blonde hair, going for blonde). My stylist is seeing clients again (after the COVID shutdown) and I prefer to have someone hands-on adjusting my color. This was a lot more reasonably priced than she is, and convenient to have shipped to me. why do you keep sending me your product? I didn't use it because it left my haira shade found in nature but not in hair color- how can I return this most recent sent product? Not what I requested.My initial order was much darker than expected. I was only looking to cover “grey” (my grey is white), and keep my over-all color the same. I requested a lighter color for my next order. I got the same dark results. Will be canceling subscription. Light Blonde colorThe color did the same as the strawberry blonde. It did not give me a blonde color. Disappointed. Last time the strawberry blonde worked nicely but this color did not change my color other than covering my roots 1 of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
