No 2nd pair of glovesIn my last order there was only one set of gloves. How in the world would you think one pair of gloves is sufficient? After they are covered in dye then I have to carefully try and remove them so I can put on the same dye covered pair for the shower. Now they are covered in dye and my shower curtain and everything I touch getting into the shower is also covered in dye. Color is not what I ordered.Very DISAPPOINTED in how my hair turned out, NOTHING like the ordered color at all, my hair is now twice as dark as it was before. As a first time customer I trusted your company even posting my before and after pictures which I can tell that your stylist didn’t understand my hair at all and now I’m stuck with this very dark color which is very very Disappointing! DisappointedI really wanted to love your product, but my first order made my hair to dark and brassy instead of getting the brown ash tones so I adjusted my color, going with the colorists recommendation and now my hair is even darker and such strong reds and brassiness that I just want to cry! It's going to take a whole lot of fixing to try and tone this huge mistake down! Again, I wish I could have loved your product and become a regular customer! Hair turned orange!The colour was supposed to come out a dark blonde. I had included several images of my own hair In the selection process and so I can’t see how this is really mixed by a professional or even an individual? Color didn’t really takeI was very sad about my first use. My color didn’t take very well. It’s a slightly darker shade so there’s some difference, but just not much. And the roots color seems to clearly be different from the ends with very little blending. And it’s funny because my stylist had at first emailed me to say that this was significantly darker than my current shade and they recommend a gradual darkening since it’s harder to lighten and they don’t want it to come out too dark.
