Nice color, but less that two weeks and the grey is back, not just regrowth.Nice color, I would adjust it for a bit lighter strawberry blonde for me, it is a bit too dark, completely understandable, as this was our first color. My biggest issue is that the grey did not stay covered, two weeks and grey showing through, not just regrowth either. Maybe it is because I swim? Followed directions to a t. Came out awful.First off, I have experience previously in hair color. I used to color my hair frequently with professional and box dye. I’m good at it and despite it being about three years since my last application of color, you don’t forget those skills. My color was supposed to be a pearl ash blonde. It came out bright orange and gave me hot roots despite barely being 1 level higher for lift. I was anxious about using just a 20 vol to lift anything but I followed everything exactly. I have emailed them and am hoping they can provide some sort of fix for this. It’s currently strawberry blonde which does not suit my skin tone at ALL and makes me look super red and yuck. Read the fine printThe color was ok and I liked how it looked, but it still dried out my hair like all boxed color does and it smelled heavily of ammonia. But be sure to read the fine print before ordering. This is a subscription and I had no idea until I got an email saying my next order was shipping the next day. Paying for nothing and frustrated trying to get help.I would love to be giving a review about how much I love my hair color but since they have now charged me twice and I have yet to receive one package. All kinds of brassyI was trying to go from light blonde to a dark blonde color. I sent in pictures. This left me all kinds of orange. I paid for a reformulation based on another set of post-color photos and my hair is still orange. 2 orders, still not happy. Still Not Enough Gray CoverageThis was my second time using and even after there was a change to my "formula" that was still not enough gray coverage. My hair fell out after using this hair coloringMy hair fell out after using this hair coloring . I noticed thinning after the second use but wasn't sure what the cause was. Then after the third use, lots of my hair started falling out. I then googled Esalon and hair thinning and discovered many others had suffered the same problem. So I cancelled my plan and am hoping and praying that my hair grows back. Wish I would have been warned about this ahead of time.
