Not what I neededclearly the answers I gave in the survey to determine what color was needed, was not followed. When I sent the email to the colorist, telling her it was the wrong color she responds with send me a picture, then why did I upload a picture? Stop-gap measureI have blonde hair and my roots have darkened to a yucky shade of brown over the years. The product was easy to use, but made my hair a slightly coppery-blonde color.
