I did not like colorI requested a shade of red and you guys sent me a dark blond with brown Shades in it or whatever. but it wasn't a red shade at all. To me it was a really ugly color. you guys claim that it's on you if I don't like it. so does that mean you're going to refund the money I paid for the first one.then you charged me for a second one that I didn't want. For one I don't color my hair every 3 months. I do it when my roots get about an inch or so long and sometimes I wait longer. it just depends on my mood. Roots remainMy daughter dyed my hair for me Twice with your product and followed the directions to a T. my roots did not take any of your dye that is why I canceled my program with you. Not the color I wanted.The process and product I have no issues with. However the color I chose was not what I got. I was advised that the color I chose was to dark and that I should start lower and build up. Well that wasn't the best idea because I ended up with red hair. TerribleI’m not leaving the house until I can get this fixed. I sent in pictures and chose a dark brown red copper hair color on my dark brown hair. I explained it as a dark burgundy... my roots are blonde copper and my ends are about 15 different other colors. My hair doesn’t even look healthy.
