Turned my roots shiny orangey brownI ordered a very dark brown with what appeared to be deep purple undertones. Like, almost black with a purple tint - which matched my existing color. My natural color (six months of roots, holla) is dark blonde/light brown. My roots are now a bright brassy reddish/orangeish light brown. I have really pale skin and this color is just awful on me. Pros: it did cover my greys entirely. Shampoo/conditioner have a Pleasant smell. Instructions were very clearly written & two pairs of gloves was nice. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Dull and off colorMy color turned out very dull looking. Sorry I used this. It’s semi permanent, I hope it washes out. I contacted support on Sunday, it’s Tuesday and I haven’t heard back. Two stars, the packaging was nice. Easy instructions. Update: Still no help fixing my color. I tried email and online chat, someone was supposed to get back with me, but they haven’t. Can’t get the colour right!!!I asked the colourist to adjust my colour to make my grey dye better as was being turned a sort of beige and fading really quickly. They sent me a message telling me that they had made the change and that my colour would be darker. I immediately replied exclaiming that I did not want darker hair (I have spent over £400 trying to get my black box dye bleached and lightened to a more manageable colour now I have a lot more grey) and got a reply saying they had made the changes and the colour would be deeper. Well, you guessed it. I am back to pretty much black hair. Really disappointed again. Thought we were on the up after my initial teething difficulties. HAIR LOSS IN CLUMPSThis is happening to women of all ages, with or without grey coverage. You say do an allergy test, well there wasn't any redness, no itching, no swelling, nor bumps. How are you supposed to test hair loss if that initial patch did not immediately fall out? The comments state by the second and third order they realized it was your product! CLUMPS OF HAIR WE ALL SAY! This is horrific what you are continuing to do to people! Stop selling this base formula that your representative just told me is in every product. Not happyI've been dyeing my own hair for several years. Hoping this would provide good coverage & some depth. Color did not last & left my hair feeling brittle, which is the reason to cancel my subscription. Call to cancel plan!I decided not to color my hair after lock down in March, I'm going gray! I chose the turn off my plan on the site named in my confirmation email, I did this 3 times assuming that it would happen. Needless to say, after 3 unwanted shipments, it didn't. I called the customer service phone number and was told that they have no record of my cancelling my plan, they have a 30 day cancellation policy, and I can only get a refund for 1 shipment - the one I received yesterday.
