Violet colorThe color was okay at first it didn’t last much but I’d rather go lighter next time just want to wait a bit more till it washes away. It did also sting a lot more this time when I put it on I don’t know why but it was stinging as I had the product on taking its course. grey was back in a couple of daysI colored my hair and a couple of days later the root of my hair was grey again at the front of my hairline. I had the color most concentrated in that area too. Color a bit too golden.I ‘m ok with the color but.... not happy, I know you adjusted it to make it softer but I think you have added golden color and I think it needs to be more reddish brown.?. Not as orderedWhen I spoke to the representative by telephone before my last shipment, I stressed very strongly that my previous color was too brown and needed a lot more copper. My hair color is medium copper red. The results after coloring my hair with the last shipment of color was brown with barely a touch of red. Not happy with the hair color at all! You're going to have to improve significantly for me to remain in the program. I do not want a shipment this month. I went to my hairdresser and had my hair colored last week so I could look at myself and feel like I looked nice due to the erroneous color and some fading. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Very dissatisfied and disappointedI was really excited to receive my color kit. When ordering it I was asked about specifics and I specifically said I did not want a color that would make my hair yellow or brassy looking. . Sadly the color sent did leave my hair brassy and is a Ridiculous, unnatural shade .
