TURNED MY HAIR PITCH BLACK - MY HAIR IS RUINED!!!!!!!MY hair was medium brown maybe a bit lighter. I answered the questions stating I wanted to be lighter with golden tones. My kit arrived and I used it last night I didn't even leave it on the entire time. The total kit was on for 11 minutes - MY HAIR IS SO BLACK - PITCH BLACK. it is now Sunday and I have to find someone who can fix it. This is going to damage my hair, cost a crap load of money to fix. Not what I wanted or expectedThis is not what I wanted or expected. I wanted a more deep violet/purple tone, instead I got a very deep auburn tone, it almost looks brown in certain lighting. Although it does reflect the red tones in direct sunlight. This is really not what I was wanting or hoping for. I am pretty disappointed right now 😞 0 of 1 people found this review helpful. Lazy/ I wanted one stepI dislike colouring my hair very much. I was disappointed because it was two separate steps roots + ends. I (personally) need one step. I did not get the full effect of my colour because I only used the root bottle on my whole head. I however LOVED the colour for my roots. I was a bit scared to try the other because of how different the colour ratio looked (totally my fear & I didn't try) it was just me being unfamiliar. The price + shipping on top of it, is not something I want to commit to paying that much for. I usually buy store box dye, so quite a bit cheaper.
