Not enoughI love the packaging & color but I’d say my hair length is about 18” & there was not enough to get all of my ends. I’ve been dying my own hair at home for 6 years now so it’s not that I don’t know how to ration the product onto the hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Will not use again.I used my order during COVID. It did not cover my gray well and after a few days it was turning orange fast. I called and they said that you need to use it within 6 months (it was 8 months). And nothing more. No offer to help with my hair. No offer to discount a new order. I was not told nor saw an "expiration date" on the product. Will not use again. Glad my salon opened again. Very Disappointed....I sent in careful instructions and several photos of my hair to the colorist only to get a color that turned my hair bright red/orange after I specifically said that I did not want ANY red to my hair color. I was offered a new color free of charge but that color formula appears to be hardly changed and I will not put any more colors on my hair that will further turn it red. Colorthe oder is very strong. Couldn't hardly breath. The color is darker then expected. And had a bit of scalp irration. Had to add 2 pks of sweet and low to the formula. But other then that. The color did cover up my grays really good. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
