Farbe hat nicht gehaltenSehr enttäuschend. Die Farbe ist beim 2. mal färben nun einfach rausgefallen. Ebenso war es nach dem Färben auffällig hell und rötlich. Dies hatte nichts mit meiner Wunschfarbe zutun. Es lag definitv nicht am falscher Anwendung. Einwirkzeit ebenso nicht zu kurz. Turned out to a different colourI was impressed with the packaging, shipment, customer service and quality of the product however the colour that I wanted happened to be so absolutely different to how it actually turned out. Did not like colourI wanted auburn ginger hair, but i ended up with quite a vibrant red. Also, I have very long hair, and there was not enough dye to cover my whole head so I had a large portion of hair undyed. My fear is I will need to keep purchasing and adjusting my colour to get to the actual colour I want, which can be very time consuming and costly in the long run. I wonder if going to an actual salon may actually be the best option when colouring or changing the colour of your hair. Not what I asked for so much darkerThe color is so dark!!!! It’s almost black. My hair was a golden medium brown. My natural hair growing in was lighter than current color. I asked for my color to be lightened. I was told couldn’t be done. What I didn’t expect was for color to be soooo dark compared ro my dyed color; and worst it’s darker than my natural brown hair. The Developer bottle was only 1/3 full.I remember having more developer in that 74ml bottle. in the past 3 or 4 years I have been using Esalon.I I received my replacement order last week and want to THANK Esalon for a speedy solution to my issue. To long of a shipping process and wrong color.I waited so long for this to get here I think it took 5 or 6 weeks to here and by the it got here I had already colored my hair. I had to wait a month but I got sick so it was delayed again. So I finally tried it and I was so disappointed.There was no no light copper that I wanted. I sent a photo of my hair clearly showing the color that I wanted and picked it out of you color chart and even told you to make a little redder. I texted you he informed you what had happen and all you said was I'll send you a free shipment of it. I stated that I didn't want it because it was the wrong color only for them to come back with the same answer. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they said someone would be calling me soon.
