Easy to work with - phenomenal resultsI am not a hair person! I just don't know how to do all that stuff but I'm telling you this was almost as easy as washing your hair, the results though were well beyond what I had ever expected, my Daughter who does know what she's doing had dyed my hair red I didn't want to do the upkeep of it so wanted to go back brown, well I've done this before at the salon and it's never easy because they can't take you from red back to brown in one process. Well shame on them because eSalon took me there no problem! I have a lot of grey now that I did not have then as well. I recommend this very much. Leider nicht zu friedenLeider ist die von mir bestellte Haarfarbe nicht annähernd so geworden wie sie sollte. Lediglich der Geruch war sehr angenehm. Daher möchte ich eSalon nicht weiter testen. This ended up the same colour as last time.I asked to have the colour lightened but it ended up the same colour s before. I am outside a lot for my job and the sun bleaches the red so I wanted to stay with the lightened look but unfortunately it looks exactly like my last hair colour.
