Don't like new formulaUnfortunately I did not care for the new demi perm formula. The gray coverage was not good like previous shipments and I thought it was way too thick and hard to rinse. My skin also had a stinging sensation, wherever it touched....like all over my shoulders since it touched there when rinsing. It just was not a good experience this time. Also bottle #2 was not sealed and leaked everywhere during shipping, so I had to do my whole head with #1 and I didn't like how the color came out, not to mention there wasn't enough. Gray hairWhile the quality of the product is better than regular color box, when it comes to gray hair it doesn't really cover it as expected. This is my second application and the color on the grays was less effective than the first time. I still like the color it turns out in the rest, but not sure if I will continue since it doesn't cover my grays and I have plenty. My whole head is gray/white roots, and they show back up pretty fast. Disappointed expectationsI was not convinced, I almost poisoned with the strong smell of ammonia that the product gives off. I had to open the window completely in the middle of winter to be able to finish applying the color to my hair because I was not breathing. I asked for a certain color to change my natural color and I got a different one from the one requested, darker and not at all corresponding to my request (I wanted an ash blonde without reddish reflections). Didn't work like it normally doesthis is my 3rd shipment of hair product and sadly this time was a fail for me. i have dark brown hair and bright white roots. this time it turned my roots a yellowish color and even at that the gray was back in 2 weeks.
