I like my Color & Product but terrible Customer ServicesFinally I got the color I have been calling for. The hair color stylist there should be fired! Each time I call she tells me what my real hair color is and will not change the color and what happens to my hair if i lighten it. She is horrible and I want to change to someone else. At this point I am considering closing my account due to customer services and poor delivery of the item. I got my hair color kit in the mail so late and I had to call to find out why it has not been delivered this month. It finally came very late. Not worth itFollowed all the instructions, watched all the videos and the result was MUCH darker hair (brunette not dark blonde), not enough product, ineffective grey hair coverage, no response from esalon after sending feedback and pics. disappointedE Salon has been very helpful and professional to deal with. When I contacted you you were helpful and sent me the lighter color. When I colored my hair last week I still had the same problem. The color was dull and not what I expected. I’m sorry to have to report this. Thank you for your help. Please discontinue my account. Just okI have bought this product 4 times now. The first time I did it I still had some grey hairs showing so the second and third purchases they adjusted the product just for grey hair. I did the same technique the fourth time last week and it didn't cover up my grey hair again. Not sure why this is if I've been following the instructions the same each time. This is so hard to put on!I have never had a harder time doing my hair than with this stuff. You have to do the roots first, then the ends, then rinse and rinse, then shampoo and rinse and then condition and rinse some more. I had color and water all over the kitchen. I usually take a bath after I put on the color and then rinse the color out after I soak for awhile. I couldn't do that because the instructions limit you to exact times and expressly tell you to rinse it out in the shower, so I had to use the kitchen sprayer. What a mess! It tangled my hair so badly that I had to rip huge knots out of the ends of my hair. I hope it didn't entirely damage my hair. It's still wrapped up in a towel while I vent my rage over this terrible product. I have more of this crap, so at least it will be enough for 2 months. Whatever happened to easy in and out? Good color, horrid service.Placed a hold on my account due to health reasons. They kept trying to pull funds from my bank account. I closed the account and they kept trying to take $ for an entire YEAR afterwards. So many emails, and their Facebook comment employee was as snide as a 14yr old girl having her first menstrual cycle. Not enough dyeI went with the color that was suggested for me, knowing id end up going dark on my next shipment, i was ok with trying this then if i wanted dark i could go darker bc once you go dark its harder to lighten up, however, there was not enough dye to cover my whole head, i tried so hard spreading whatever i could, but i have ALOT of highlight patches, and the color is more orangey then brown with a hint of red , im guessing bc of the mahogany in the new color. So my hair is now 3 different colors. I have used esalon in the past and absolutely loved it, so im hoping with my new kit im going to place an order for it will fix the color of my hair 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
