Wait time is really badWhile I was over all experience on the phone was very good. I am very very upset. I live in Canada. Paid for express shipping. I was told it will take up to 7 business days for delivery. Tracking doesn't work. I call today and was in formed that my hair colour will not arrive till Feb 15.2021. This is awful customer service. How I wanted to love..butI followed the steps as instructions shown. After patiently waiting for my fab results.. dried.. just to notice IT DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
