Liked it in the past, but won't be continuingI loved my color when it was a straightforward shade. The two times I've asked for something more unusual, it hasn't gone well. The recent order was frustrating enough that I've canceled the plan—I didn't trust the shade as mixed, and while I was told I could return it, it would have cost upwards of $20 in postage to do so. If you want a basic color, the system is great. If you want anything unusual or more experimental, the process isn't so easy or trustworthy. DissatisfiedI have not had a good experience with this second color! I sent a picture of the color I desired which was a rinse I used you sent me what you called “intense red” The color you sent took my color down several shades to a dark plum! Wrong color!Well..... no blonde left on this head of mine, officially brunette. Not greatI don't think the instructions that were sent with my colour were right. In total I only left the colour on my hair for 15 minutes and the roots only got 5... My hair was patchy as some had developed longer, not only that but a week on and I am still getting colour coming out in the water when I am in the shower.
