Great color but lasts 2 weeks before grays appear and color fades outLike the way my hair feels and the hair color does not have a strong ammonia color. Wash my hair every other day. Gray coverage lasts 2 weeks then return. Have tried root touch up and same is true. Follow all of the directions but still feel the color fades too quickly. Wasn't what I asked forI've been asking to even out my hair for months and they keep sending the same thing so I am wasting my time. Unfortunately not for meIve had 3 attempts with esalon. I wanted a nice medium copper red. First time it was more rose gold and faded very quickly, got in touch and they changed the colour, but again it was still more rose gold than copper, changed the colour again but still not happy with it. I’ve now gone back to box dye. Shame really, because the idea is great. And the satisfied or money back obviously doesn’t count, because I had to pay for all 3 of mine and none of them left me feeling satisfied with my colour. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not covering my greys anymoreThis was my 3rd colour and unfortunately, I have decided not to order again as the colour fades off my grey hair in 2 to 3 weeks.
