Not impressedThe smell of the dye is very strong. I opted for medium ash brown and the colour ended up being too light and too red. It covered the greys for about 2 weeks and then the colour washed off. I will not repurchase as it is nothing special for the high price. OppositeI requested a lighter brown tone with more copper or auburn. Instead I received a darker brown with mahogany/purplish tone. My hair is nearly black now. Didn't dye but great CSUnfortunately the dye didn't colour my hair but I am so impressed with the customer service through online chat and phone. The representitives were so friendly and helped offer me a redye kit but I requested for a refund. No Hair DyeI opened my box and it’s missing the hair dye. This company used to be great and now it’s AWFUL!!! This is the 3rd time something is missing from my box in the last year.
