DisasterTried this twice. First time I used it colour was orangey red. Supposed to be raspberry red. Gave the benefit of the doubt and asked for it to be àltered. My hair was no different. Is a computer customizing my color?Apparently when my color was corrected they failed to pay attention to the fact that I wanted GOLDEN tones! I specifically stated GOLD tones. The first color gave me reddish tones. It said Gold on the bottle. The corrected color is too dark and has zero gold tones in it and now I look like Elvira! It’s so dark it’s blue. They made it darkest brown and ash. It said it shld have 2 bottles each of color and developer. It had one of each. I don’t know how you can mess up something like this. If you couldn’t give me gold tones then tell me. Don’t just send me something else. I’m so pissed because I have a family funeral to go to in a few days and will be seeing family I haven t seen in years and I look washed out bc the color is so flat and dark. Terrible. Awful, second attempt and still awfulI wanted Irish Redhead bright colour. Ordered from e-salon twice. First time after following all instructions to the letter, the colour was light brown at the top and no colour on the lengths. I emailed to cancel he subscription. We spoke and I send pictures of the colour I wanted to the support team who persuaded me to try again. This time it was a fiasco again with boring dull medium brown all over. Cancelling the subscription and very happy to see my hairdresser tomorrow. Although as I only did the colour yesterday I won’t be able to change it for the next few weeks. Very disappointed. I am used to dying my hair and get better results and hair quality after colouring from L’Oréal hair products.
