Wrong colors sentI spoke with someone about my hair and what we should do with the color. She had me do 2 Demi colors and they were not even close to the colors we spoke about. Gray hair coverage is not goodI’ve followed the instructions for many years and even adjusted the process times to 45 minutes per esalon’s recommendation but my hair color no longer does a good job with covering my gray hairs and hair color washes off within 1 week of coloring. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. DisappointedFor some reason the color did not stick as well this time. It was not as rich as the first time and did not last. It seemed to wash out and I do not wash my hair that often.
