First timer - didn't do a good job on coloring my Grey'sDidn't color my Grey's well at all. I'm going to have to do a touch up in 2 - 3 weeks. Also the color is more like dark brown than dark blonde. Still no natural red color. It is either too brassy or none at all.I have not been happy with the mix of color. This current order left my hair a mousy brown...no red highlights at all. Same color!I talked to my color specialist and explained how I didn't like my first color, it wasnt dark blonde like I wanted, it was more of a ugly rusty burnt orange. She apologized and said she would adjust my color well Guess what COLOR WAS THE SAME! Im not going to pay $30 for color I hate. Good customer serviceThe customer service is good they try to fix what is wrong but the Hair Care does not work for me. I got the wrong developer two times and the color did not stay in my hair but it lightened my hair when I was supposed to go almost black.
