some mistake somewhere?????There is no way this is the same colour i first ordered. Initially i had wanted 'sparkling ginger whisky'. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Custom Color SetI have tried eSalon's coloring 3 times and not happy. I believe esalon products are not for my type hair. The coloring kit dried out my hair so badly. Roots were not covered.I loved the color and the pachaging is beautiful, but I was disappointed. I followed the instructions very carefully put my roots were not covered. The back roots were only blended and the hairline gray was pretty obviously still gray. I need either instructions on longer timing or another formula. Wrong colorI sent a picture of the color I wanted and after coloring my hair it was no where near the color I requested. I sent an email with pictures of what I requested and how my hair turned out and I still have not heard back from my colorist.
