Supposed to be dark brown, left with black hair! update: after 3 weeks brownUpdate: After three weeks the colour is at it is supposed to be. It is not fading down, so I suppose it is a good dye. The company did offer me return of money and also send me a treating mask. I will not risk again, but overall the product is not as bad as I thought at first time. I bought the dark brown kit. I did everything as I was supposed to do. Unfortunately, my hair isn't brown at all. They are almost black on the tip, with a reddish undertone, and at the end, they are jet black! I did consult with the salon colourist, she suggested that I need to wait few weeks, the colour will wash, also can buy colour removal or go-to salon. I must go to the salon as I cannot walk with two colour hair! I feel really bad. She also said that the next order will be free. No next order for me. Don't want to get another yet black hair! Overall, I must say that the box looked really great, but it doesn't change anything. Now I will have to spend £200 on colour removal and new colouring in the salon . Nice color but didn’t color my greysThe color was nice, but I would of liked the color to appear a bit lighter. A few days after coloring I noticed my grey/white hairs did not pick up any of the dye. This was very disappointing. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Purple hairI used product, done step by step instructions. I HATE YOU NOW, FOR MAKING MY HAIR this way. I AM REFUSING NEXT eSALON PRODUCT. I MEED TO CHANGE HAIR COLOR, OR. REFUSING IS NEXT. Not professionalI ordered a medium brown my first try. I sent in pictures and explained what I wanted. Needless to say I turned out orange/gold light brown. So I was sent a 2nd box of course free of dark brown to “ cover this mess”. I’m still gold/orange and not dark brown. I normally bye my color from Sally’s and have for years with NO issues. Not the colorSo the process is on the easy side, I dont really understand why the roots are so dark when it being put on the roots. The color I received is definitely darker than the actual picture. I would have liked less brown and more copper all around. But it looks more brown than anything. Its not a bad color, just not the color I was hoping to get. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Didn't Cover the GraysThis is the third time trying this hair color. Did not cover the grays at all. Consulted the stylist, she adjusted the time to be left on, which made no difference at all. Also not enough product in bottle. The packaging, and customer service were fine. At this price I just expected better performance out of it. Orange hair isn't my color!Tried the first color, Dark brown with gold highlights, the touch up spray turned my roots orange! Decided to request a darker color change for the next order. I'm legally blind, couldn't find the color chart so I called Customer Support for help with that but after holding for forty minutes, none were available. I changed my next order for a Darker brown, not with gold, just Darker. My next box arrives with the same order but with a darker color, this is not what I wanted! I called Customer Support, the colorist was argumentative with me, saying I didn't request an actual change, but the Colorist via email did not request further information from me to clarify the problem.
