CoverageJust used my color and I have be honest I was not happy especially for what I paid. Not the color I wantedThe coloring process seems overcomplicated, but I like that you are provided everything you need to use the product. While red hair is admittedly hard to match, the color I received is much, much darker than I expected or wanted. I included a photo of my natural hair color- which is on the orange/blonde side, and the color I ended up with is more of mahogany/brunette. Not satisfiedThey sent the wrong color, I canceled yet they sent it after I canceled. Also Italked to a colorist and after I told her two times I couldn't use certain tones they sent the color with both tones that would not work with my hair they Also didn't give me a full refund it's not good business to send wrong color.
