Darker color than my usual hairI have specifically informed them that i want to go ash brown they said its not doable but they can ho a shade lighter from what my current color is. I was fine with this . Did my color today and it turned black! Black! The communication was fine but the outcome is not. I was very precise to let them know that i do not want yi put chemicals on my hair if they will not be able to give me a good outcome. But still i have this black hair now. Extremely disappointedThe last dye I received was too light. I think it was mixed wrong. My roots ended up light brown instead of dark brown to match the rest of my hair. I had to buy hair dye from a beauty supply to fix it. Need better gray coverage. My grays will reappear after the second wash after dying with this dye. Terrible flat chalky grocery store colorWowwww, this color was bad. My ends were literally matte black. The Demi has faded, expected, but to a terrible brassy color. I asked to reformulate and was given the same color? And instructions to only color my roots? So I should leave the mid length brassy, die the roots chalky black. Great solution!
